Inspired by Julie & Julia and my love of Italian food, I've decided to cook the entire "Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking"; all before graduating from university in 8 months! Why this book? Simply because Marcella Hazan = Italian Julia Child. Need I say more? Why before the end of the school? Because who knows where I'll be or what I'll be doing in 8 months, so: "Carpe Diem! and Let's eat!!"
